**Position**: State Project Coordinator - Agri. Project

**Reporting to**: Project Head & Govt. Officials

**Qualification**: BSc. /M.Sc. Agri. Rural Management, MBA Agri. or MSW. (mandatory)

**Experience**: Minimum 4-5 years in Agricultural project.

**Salary**: 40,000 to 50,000/Month (INR)

**Location**: Bhubaneswar & All Odisha

**Roles & responsibilities**:
**A) Project Planning and Implementation**
- Responsible for manage & implement state-level strategies and work plans for agriculture-related projects.
- Monitor adherence to timelines, and project deliverables.

**B) Liaison and Coordination**
- Serve as the main point of contact between the state government, district officials, and field teams.
- Facilitate meetings and collaboration with key stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals.

**C) Capacity Building and Training**
- Organize and oversee capacity-building workshops for field teams, farmers, and Community-Based Organizations (CBOs).
- Develop training material for sustainable agricultural practices and modern farming techniques.

**D) Monitoring and Evaluation**
- Conduct regular field visits to assess progress and identify challenges.
- Analyse project data and prepare detailed reports on performance, outcomes, impact and implement corrective measures based on evaluation feedback.

**E) Promotion of Sustainable Practices**
- Promote sustainable agriculture practices such as organic farming, soil health improvement, and water conservation.
- Collaborate with technical experts for the adoption of technology-driven solutions in agriculture

**F) Resource Mobilization and Budget Management**
- Manage project budgets efficiently and ensure compliance with financial guidelines.

**Skills and Competencies**:

- Strong understanding of sustainable agriculture practices, farmer empowerment, and rural development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
- Proficiency in data analysis, report writing, and presentation preparation.
- Familiarity with government policies, schemes, and frameworks related to agriculture.
- Proficiency in MS Office & Google Workspace tools.
- Strong presentation and articulation skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Odia, Hindi & English with excellent communication abilities.

**Key Deliverables**:

- Timely execution of project activities and achievement of targets.
- High-quality reporting and documentation.
- Effective stakeholder coordination and resolution of challenges.
