**Key Responsibilities**:

- **GST Compliance**:

- Ensure timely and accurate filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, etc.).
- Monitor GST compliance in all business transactions.
- Liaise with government authorities for GST audits, assessments, and clarifications.
- **GST Planning and Strategy**:

- Develop and implement effective GST strategies to optimize the company’s tax position.
- Advise on the impact of GST on business operations, including new products, services, and business models.
- **GST Documentation**:

- Maintain all GST-related documentation for audit and review purposes.
- Prepare and maintain records for GST credits, adjustments, and reconciliation.
- **GST Audits and Assessments**:

- Manage internal and external audits related to GST.
- Support the team in responding to queries from tax authorities and resolve any GST-related disputes.
- **GST Reconciliation**:

- Reconcile GST paid and collected between accounts and GST returns.
- Ensure that Input Tax Credit (ITC) is appropriately claimed and utilized.
- **GST Process Improvement**:

- Identify and implement process improvements for efficient GST compliance and reporting.
- Review GST-related processes for errors and inefficiencies.
- **Training and Development**:

- Train and guide the finance team on GST laws, updates, and changes in regulations.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in GST law and regulations and communicate them within the organization.
- **Advisory Role**:

- Provide advice on complex GST issues including supply chain and inter-company transactions.
- Provide support in the GST impact analysis for mergers, acquisitions, or business restructuring.

**Qualifications & Requirements**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- CA Droupout, Semi qualified CA.
- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in GST, taxation, or indirect tax management, ideally in a managerial capacity.
- Experience in handling GST audits, returns filing, and tax planning.
- **Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of GST laws, rules, and regulations.
- Proficient in using GST-related software and ERP systems.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle pressure and work within deadlines.
- **Personal Attributes**:

- Detail-oriented with high standards for accuracy.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing laws and business needs.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of international taxation or cross-border GST issues.
- Hands-on experience with GST audits or legal compliance.
- Experience in a multinational organization or large corporate environment.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
