Company takes various initiative for training of employees which are relevant to the execution of assignments including wide areas such as recent amendments / changes in the Acts relating to direct and indirect tax, new methods / processes for execution of works, advance excel skills. Our training also covers guidance on handling of Valuation of companies, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A), Consolidation of global operations as per law, Foreign Exchange Management Act (FEMA) related topics
We also focus on the softskills of employees. The training is conducted in-house and also we invite professionals having required technical knowledge. Decide the dead lines for GSTR 1/2/3/3B/4. and Co-ordinate with the team.
Review the retruns w.r.t. computation and taxability as per relevent provision.
Interaction with the clients for Critical law issue and resolve the same.
Updating with relevent amendments in law and regulation in GST. Same shall be informed to all the members on GST group regularly
Provide training to the Staff and resolving the technical problems while carrying activity by excutive level staff.
Communcating with GST Department to resolve the issued and techinal Problems in relation with regular returns.
GSTR -9 Preparation and Submission.
Between 21st to 30th of month, periodically and cyclically review of tally data of the clients in detail to check
a)Validity and correctness of the data provided while returns.
b)Assistance for configuration of tally data for GST compliance.
c)Guidance for improvement in data for future retruns. Monthly visit to client by covering atleast two or three clients. Cyclically cover all the clients allocated to the Manager.
Validity of the valuation and time of supply provision, taxation thereof.
Allocation of new clients between the Managers and executive.
Ensure overall list of clients indicating the frequency of returns, allocated executive, nature of industry, client contact, etc is maintained strictly. All the users will have read only mode.
Review clients billing and regular collection and reporting to Accounts head. Also reconcile GST billing with client ledger and EAP ledger.
