**Responsibilities**:

- Monitor GST compliance and assisting business by updating with latest amendments and changes in the GST law.
- Address notices and coordinate with tax authorities.
- Avail eligible input tax credit as per the provisions of the act.
- Review of tax invoices and e-invoices and other documents received and issued by the company.
- Ensure filing of all GST returns including monthly return and Annual return and GST audit and submitting the monthly GST compliance report.
- GSTR-2A/2B Vs GSTR-3B reconciliation.
- Adhering to GST audit and statutory audits.
- Effective Coordination with head office GST and finance team and regional team, GST consultants and GST officers for smooth handling of GST notices, GST Audit and other compliances including appeals and other litigation.
- To attend to various GST offices to represent companies for various notices and litigations.
- GST MIS / statutory log for reporting to the management.
- Address queries /clarification of clients after consulting management.
- Ensure statutory and other payments to the departments are made before due date.
- Ensure timely GST registration of the company and Update GST registrations wherever amendment is required.
- Implement New Changes in GST Act
- Manage high-level tasks with short deadlines as well as operational tasks with high energy and quality
