**Role Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Provide day-to-day technical support to staff across departments.
- Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners.
- Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and resolving hardware/software faults.
- Ensure data security, backups, and recovery processes are regularly implemented.
- Maintain and update the IT inventory, documentation, and asset tracking.
- Manage LAN/WAN networks and ensure high availability and performance.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and security protocols.
- Graduate in IT, Computer Science, or related field (BCA, B.Sc IT, MCA, B.Tech preferred).
- Minimum **2 to 5 years** of hands-on experience in IT support, system administration, or related roles.
- Familiarity with antivirus, firewalls, CCTV systems, and backup solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team in a fast-paced NGO environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹23,000.00 per month
