Role Description
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive HR & Admin to support our organization's human resources and administrative functions. The role involves managing HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, compliance, and day-to-day office administration to ensure smooth and efficient business operations.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
Handle end-to-end recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
Assist in payroll processing and attendance management.
Support employee engagement initiatives, training, and development programs.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.) and maintain related documentation.
Coordinate performance management activities and maintain appraisal records.
Administration:
Oversee day-to-day office administration including facilities management, vendor coordination, and office supplies.
Manage travel arrangements, logistics, and event coordination.
Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain proper documentation.
Support in drafting HR and administrative policies.
Act as a point of contact between management, employees, and external stakeholders.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good understanding of HR operations, compliance, and labor laws.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS tools.
Organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
13 years of experience in HR & Admin roles (freshers with strong internships may also be considered).
Experience in IT/Service industry preferred but not mandatory.
