Job Description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, HR policy implementation, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and a people-first mindset. Key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition & Onboarding - Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various departments. - Develop and execute hiring strategies to attract top talent. - Oversee onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth employee integration. Performance Management & Development - Design and implement performance appraisal systems (KPI/OKR-based). - Support managers in conducting appraisals and performance improvement plans. - Identify training and development needs; coordinate learning programs. Employee Relations & Engagement - Foster a positive workplace culture through engagement initiatives. - Address employee grievances and ensure fair resolution of issues. - Conduct regular HR connects, surveys, and team-building activities. HR Policies & Compliance - Develop, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures. - Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.). - Maintain accurate employee records and documentation. Compensation & Benefits - Administer payroll in coordination with the finance team. - Conduct salary benchmarking and manage annual increments. - Manage benefits programs and ensure timely renewals. Strategic HR Planning - Partner with leadership to align HR strategies with business goals. - Drive diversity, inclusion, and workforce planning initiatives. - Use HR analytics to report on turnover, engagement, and talent metrics. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - In-depth knowledge of Indian labor laws and HR best practices. - Strong understanding of HRMS platforms (Zoho People, SAP SuccessFactors, etc.). - Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills. - Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
