We require a Social Media Executive with 1+ years of experience.

**Required Skills**:

- Passion for social media and staying up to date with the latest trends and platforms.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas for social media content.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and communicate effectively with team members.
- Prior experience or internships in social media marketing or digital marketing is a plus.

**Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the development and execution of social media calendar and content calendars.
- Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including text, image, and video-based content.
- Monitor social media trends, insights, and analytics to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
- Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster positive relationships with our followers.
- Research and identify relevant influencers and potential partnerships for collaborations and sponsored content.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices, and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Monitor and report on social media performance using analytics tools to track key metrics and provide insights.
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across social media platforms.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity and maintain a competitive edge.
- Assist with ad hoc social media projects and initiatives as assigned.
