**Primary Role**:
To ensure the timely and safe delivery of fresh pet food to customers while maintaining quality standards, following hygiene protocols, and delivering excellent customer service.

**Key Responsibilities**:Delivery Operations**
- Pick up fresh pet food from the central kitchen or partner kitchens.
- Deliver packages to customer addresses on time, following optimized routes.
- Ensure proper handling of fresh food to avoid spillage, contamination, or damage.

**Inventory & Product Handling**
- Verify the quantity and quality of food packages before dispatch.
- Maintain temperature control (if applicable, via insulated bags or coolers).
- Update delivery status in the company’s app or delivery management system.

**Customer Interaction**
- Greet customers politely and hand over deliveries with care.
- Handle basic queries or redirect complex ones to customer support.
- Collect payments if cash-on-delivery is applicable (rare, but possible).

**Hygiene & Compliance**
- Follow food safety and hygiene protocols during handling and transportation.
- Maintain cleanliness of the delivery vehicle and carry bags.
- Wear appropriate gear (mask, gloves, cap, etc.) as required.

**Support & Reporting**
- Report delays, customer feedback, or product issues to the operations team.
- Assist in maintaining logs for deliveries, fuel usage, and kilometers covered.
- Support during stock loading/unloading or route changes when required.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
