**Job Title: Delivery Executive for Laundry Services**

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Delivery & Pickup**:

- Safely deliver cleaned laundry to customers within the assigned area.
- Pickup laundry items from customer locations as per the schedule.
- Ensure timely deliveries and address customer inquiries or concerns during the delivery process.
- **Sales Counter Management**:

- Assist customers at the sales counter, providing details about available laundry services.
- Process orders and payments accurately.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area.
- **Billing & Order Management**:

- Input customer orders and process payments using computer-based systems (POS, billing software).
- Handle cash, card payments, and digital transactions in a secure and accurate manner.
- Update and maintain customer records in the system.
- **Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving complaints professionally.
- Offer promotions or upsell additional services when applicable.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training in customer service or administration is a plus.
- Basic computer skills (familiarity with billing software, POS systems, and Microsoft Office).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Valid driver’s license and a good driving record (for delivery responsibilities).

**Physical Requirements**:

- Ability to lift laundry bags and items (up to 20-25 kg).
- Must be able to work in different weather conditions (outdoor delivery).

**Preferred**:

- Previous experience in a delivery or customer service role.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
