**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Media Relations & Outreach**:

- Build and maintain relationships with journalists, bloggers, influencers, and media outlets across digital and traditional platforms.
- Proactively pitch stories, articles, press releases, and press opportunities to secure media coverage.
- Target key online publications, blogs, and digital media channels to amplify brand messages.
- **Content Creation & Strategy**:

- Draft engaging press releases, media alerts, blogs, and social media content.
- Develop creative PR strategies and digital campaigns that align with the client's brand and business goals.
- Monitor trending topics and create timely, relevant content to engage the audience across platforms like social media, websites, and newsletters.
- **Digital Campaign Management**:

- Measure and analyze the effectiveness of PR campaigns through metrics like website traffic, social media engagement, and media coverage.
- Optimize PR campaigns based on analytics and insights to drive continuous improvement.
- **Client Relationship Management**:

- Serve as the main point of contact between clients and the agency, understanding their business goals and PR needs.
- Provide clients with regular updates, campaign reports, and media coverage analysis.
- Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality, impactful PR services.
- **Event Planning & Execution**:

- Assist in organizing and managing digital events, webinars, product launches, online press conferences, and media interviews.
- Work with the team to promote virtual events and ensure they align with PR objectives.
- **Crisis Management**:

- Support in handling any negative media coverage or public relations crises, offering quick and strategic responses.
- Work with clients to manage digital reputation and mitigate any damage to brand image.
- **Reporting & Analytics**:

- Provide clients with comprehensive reports on the performance of PR campaigns, media coverage, and digital engagement.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, media monitoring platforms, and social media analytics to track success and refine strategies.

**Qualifications**
- Press Releases, Public Relations, and Communication skills
- Media Relations and Writing skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the marketing or public relations field
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or related field
