
Executive Housekeeper

**Housekeeper - US OR GREEN CARD HOLDERS ONLY**
**LOCATION**: Wailea, Hawaii
**POSITION**: Live-Off Housekeeper - Must be located OR willing to relocate. Package will include relocation.

**Ideal start date**: ASAP
**Overall Key Accountabilities**:
- Ensuring all rooms are cared for and inspected according to standards
- Protecting equipment and making sure there are no inadequacies
- Notify superiors on any damages, deficits and disturbances
- Check stocking levels of all consumables and replace when appropriate
- Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and be aware of any company-related practices
- Proven experience as a Cleaner or Housekeeper
- Ability to work with little supervision and maintain a high level of performance
- Prioritization and time management skills
- Working quickly without compromising quality
- Maintain all cleaning equipment, supplies, and products; ensure safe and sanitary storage and care of products
- Perform general sweeping, scrubbing, and mopping of hardwood, laminate, or tiled floors as needed
- In charge of vacuuming equipment, vacuum and clean carpets and perform further treatments such as shampoo or stain-removal as needed
- Dispose of trash from bins and containers
- Dust and polish furniture and room accessories as needed
- Scrub sinks, basins, bathtubs, showers, and toilets in private and public bathrooms
- Change linens and gather used linens such as sheets or towels for laundering
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, mirrors, and counters as needed
- Keep all public spaces neat and tidy
- Report repairs and replacements needed when encountered
- Excellent working knowledge of cleaning appliances and their operations and proper use of cleaning agents
- Attention to detail
- Physical strength and stamina to work extended periods of time
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Physically able to push vacuum cleaner for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift up to 25 to 30 pounds
- Physically able to reach, stretch, bend, and walk during daily routine, with the ability to stand for long lengths of time
- Previous experience cleaning preferred
- Organized and able to follow a schedule
- Ability to follow verbal directions
- Always conducts oneself in a professional manner.
- Adheres to the established standard of conduct and house rules, fire regulations, procedures and policies.
- Passes any owner feedback accordingly
- Always look for improvement for better service standard with a general theme of anticipating the owners needs
- Ensure all rooms are in good condition prior to arrival and all respective amenities / set up are in good order
- Inspects all garments received for laundry service and indicates any stains or prior damaged to a garment before
**Requirements**:
- High school and College education
- Prior experience using computers
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to utilize feedback and anticipate owners needs
- Outgoing, polite, confident, intelligent and alert
- Ability to receive owner in a friendly and courteous manner
- Ability to handle owner enquiries
- Ability to report happenings to superior
