- Handle after-sales customer service and ensure client satisfaction post-purchase.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending and scheduled payments.
- Coordinate with the accounts team to track and update payment status.
- Resolve customer complaints or queries related to products/services.
- Provide regular updates to customers about service schedules or support.
- Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions and payment records.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal departments.
- Encourage referrals and repeat business through excellent relationship management.
- Keep a customer feedback log to support service improvement initiatives.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
