Managing supplier relations and negotiating contracts, prices, timelines, etc.
- Maintaining the supplier database, purchase records, and related documentation.
- Coordinating with inventory control to determine and manage inventory needs.
- Ensuring that all procured items meet the required quality standards and specifications.
- Preparing cost estimates and managing budgets.
- Working to improve purchasing imports and processes.
- Regular follow up with all suppliers on pending orders for the delivery schedule
- Take actions for the improvement of the supplier for Quality & Delivery
- Release the purchase orders / service agreements to the suppliers
- Making BL draft with the help of Invoices, package list, shipping bill & shipping Line DO then after filling regular SI/BL Instructions to the Shipping lines with the coordination with higher authority and government authority.
- Following up on invoices with the shipping line & Maintaining Daily status for shipments.
- Coordinating with clients for different regulatory issues like ship certificate KYC docs, detention approval from line.
- Ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of imports and exports.
- Leading the contract and commercial day-to-day interactions with
- international Customers, ensuring good customer relationships and satisfaction for Bangladesh import contracts.
- Managing communications with Government bodies and externally with industrial partners.
- Anticipate and proactively resolve issues and concerns in order to fulfill contractual commitments and obtain customers' acceptance and payment for the deliverables.
- Supporting Sales & Business Development in the acquisition of a new business.
- Organization and preparation of Customer facing meetings; post-contract kick-off, progress, and acceptance meetings;
- Engage with Customers for routine administrative aspects, specifically document definition and coordination for delivery and payment as well as the letter of credit, bank guarantees, and transportation.
- Preparation and coordination with involved functions within customer deliveries in close liaison with Shipping, Security, and Export Control functions.
- Support Project Export Control Facilitators in the provision of information pertaining to export license condition fulfillment, and completion of the export license tools.
- Interface with national companies to ensure coordination.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)
