Job Responsibilities
- Actively engage in sales activities, including lead generation, client meetings, and closing deals for commercial properties.
- Conduct tele-calling and follow up with potential clients to generate interest and convert leads into sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.
- Present and showcase property features to prospective buyers, addressing their queries effectively.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for promoting the commercial project.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and real estate regulations to provide informed guidance to clients.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the organization.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 6 months of experience in real estate, either in tele-calling or direct customer dealing.
