Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:

- **Client Representation**: Serve as the main point of contact for buyers, sellers, and renters. Understand client needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- **Property Listings**: Create and manage property listings, ensuring all details are accurate and appealing to potential buyers or renters.
- **Market Analysis**: Conduct thorough market research and analysis to stay updated on current trends, pricing, and competition. Provide clients with informed advice based on this analysis.
- **Property Showings**: Arrange and conduct property showings for prospective buyers or renters. Highlight key features and benefits of the properties.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate purchase prices, rental terms, and contracts to achieve the best possible outcomes for clients.
- **Documentation**: Prepare and manage all necessary documentation related to real estate transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with legal requirements.
- **Networking**: Build and maintain a strong network of industry contacts, including other real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and contractors.
- **Marketing**: Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote properties, including online listings, social media, and traditional marketing channels.
- **Customer Service**: Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire transaction process, addressing any concerns or questions promptly and professionally.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay current with industry developments, regulations, and best practices. Attend training sessions and workshops as required.

Qualifications:

- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in real estate sales, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
- **Skills**:

- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using real estate software and online marketing tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
