**Job Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated, disciplined, and target-driven Medical Representative to strengthen relationships with doctors, hospitals, and healthcare institutions. The key role will be to generate patient referrals for consultations and surgeries by engaging with doctors, visiting government hospitals, and ensuring smooth patient coordination. This position offers a fixed salary along with attractive incentives for every successful patient referral and surgery.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, and hospital staff.
- Visit government and private hospitals to interact with doctors and promote referral services.
- Identify patients in need of surgery or treatment and guide them through the process.
- Educate and counsel patients/families about treatment options and assist in decision-making.
- Achieve monthly referral and surgery conversion targets.
- Maintain accurate records of doctor interactions, patient referrals, and follow-ups.
- Ensure smooth communication and coordination between patients, doctors, and the hospital.
- Represent the organization with professionalism, discipline, and integrity.

**Requirements**:

- Graduate in any field (Science/Pharma background preferred).
- Qualification**:MBA (Marketing/Healthcare/Business Administration preferred)**.
- Prior experience in medical representative, healthcare sales, or patient liaison roles is desirable.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented.
- Ability to travel frequently for doctor and hospital visits.
- Knowledge of healthcare systems and government hospital processes will be an advantage.
