We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Medical Representative. As a Medical Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals. Your primary goal will be to increase product awareness, generate sales, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders in the medical community.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and sell our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals through regular visits and communication.
- Provide product information and education to healthcare professionals, including features, benefits, and clinical data.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the territory to achieve sales targets.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends, providing feedback to the sales and marketing teams.
- Organize and conduct product presentations, seminars, and workshops for healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence to management.
- Participate in company training programs and continuous professional development activities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all interactions.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Medical Representative or similar role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a drive for achieving sales targets.
- Knowledge of medical terminology, pharmacology, and healthcare industry practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 per month
