Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Medical Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales and a strong understanding of the healthcare landscape. You will be responsible for promoting our products, building relationships with doctors and pharmacies, and achieving sales targets within your designated territory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell InoLife Healthcare products to doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals in the assigned territory.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular visits to doctors, pharmacies, and hospitals and maintain accurate records of all interactions.
- Provide product information, samples, and educational materials to healthcare professionals.
- Stay updated on competitor products and market trends.
- Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales and customer interactions.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare products.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
