**Job Title: Accounting Executive**

**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Record and process day-to-day financial transactions in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Perform day-to-day bookkeeping activities and maintain organized and up-to-date financial records.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
- Process invoices and verify accuracy and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Ensure timely and accurate payment processing.
- Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management review.
- Preparation of financial statements for all entity types, including Companies, Partnerships, Self-Managed Superannuation Funds, and Individuals.
- Utilize Tally software for day-to-day accounting tasks and financial reporting.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data in Tally and troubleshoot any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial data for project analysis.
- Monitor project budgets and expenditures, providing timely updates to stakeholders.
- Support internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
- Stay updated on accounting regulations and ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in the accounting and finance functions.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and tax filings as per regulatory requirements.
- Support internal and external audits.
- Implement changes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
- Process payroll, vendor payments, and employee reimbursements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in accounting and finance roles.
- Proficiency in Tally and Excel software is mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of ledger maintenance and preparing balance sheets
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Project management experience is a plus.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
