**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Follow up on delinquent accounts and ensure timely collection of overdue mortgage payments.
- Make outbound calls and visit borrowers to negotiate repayment plans and settlements.
- Analyze borrowers’ financial situations and recommend suitable solutions (e.g., restructuring, settlement, legal action).
- Maintain accurate and updated records of communications, commitments, and collection status in the loan management system.
- Coordinate with legal and recovery teams on cases requiring escalations or litigation.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, internal policies, and RBI guidelines related to collections.
- Regularly report on collection activities, aging reports, and performance metrics.
- Foster positive customer relationships while ensuring firm recovery efforts.
- Assist in skip tracing and tracing defaulters using various databases and tools.

**Key Requirements**
- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: Minimum 0-4 years of experience in mortgage or secured loan collections, preferably with NBFCs or banks.
- **Skills**:

- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of mortgage loan structures, recovery processes, and SARFAESI Act.
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability.
- Proficiency in MS Office and loan management software.
- Fluency in Local Language.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,131.17 - ₹26,539.76 per month
