**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and revise detailed layout drawings using AutoCAD, Revit, or other drafting software.
- Interpret architectural and engineering plans, sketches, and specifications.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project standards, codes, and client requirements.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and designers to finalize layout designs.
- Perform layout optimizations for space utilization and efficiency.
- Maintain organized records of drafts, revisions, and final drawings.
- Conduct site visits when necessary to gather data or verify measurements.
- Assist in preparing design documentation and submission sets.
- Revise drawings based on feedback from stakeholders or technical reviews.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Draftsman with a focus on layout design with minimum 6 years
- Proficient in **AutoCAD, Revit, Civil 3D,, ArchiCAD,SketchUp,SmartDraw**:

- Strong knowledge of layout principles, scale, dimensions, and technical drawing standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Diploma or degree in Drafting, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of local governing bodies authorities like HMDA and DTCP regulations.
- Familiarity with 3D modeling tools is a plus (e.g., SketchUp, 3ds Max).
- Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹39,893.77 per month
