We are seeking an experienced IT Recruiter with expertise in vendor and client management to join our dynamic team. As an IT Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for our clients, with a strong focus on vendor management and client relationships. Your primary goal will be to attract and hire top IT talent while ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction.

**Responsibilities**:
**Vendor Management**:

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with external vendors and staffing agencies.
- Collaborate with vendors to understand their capabilities, negotiate contracts, and establish service level agreements (SLAs).
- Regularly review vendor performance, evaluate their effectiveness, and provide feedback to optimize partnerships.
- Conduct periodic vendor evaluations and drive improvements in vendor performance and deliverables.

**Client Management**:

- Build and nurture relationships with clients to understand their IT recruitment needs and align them with the company's capabilities.
- Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Proactively identify opportunities for account expansion and upselling additional recruitment services to existing clients.

**End-to-End Recruitment Process**:
- Manage offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding processes to secure successful placements.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, with a focus on vendor and client management.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry-specific requirements.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
