**What we're looking for**

We are looking for a Workshop Facilitator to prepare, coordinate and evaluate workshops & courses for our participants.

Your primary responsibilities include moderating courses, maintaining records of curriculum and materials and gathering feedback on the quality of trainings from participants and instructors. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various educational techniques for different roles and skill sets.

**Responsibilities**:

- Hostworkshops during the evening and/or weekend hours
- Ensure quality management of all workshops and content fidelity by instructors
- Ensure participants are building competency in the skills taught through good communication
- Maintain a working knowledge of community resources, staying current about partnerships
- Engagewith participants & utilize breaks as opportunities for individual engagement
- Planandcoordinate with the community manager to determine the best module
- Maintain accurate workshop data, including attendance, evaluations, and other reporting documents such as task submissions
- Pitch other workshops and courses to the participants to further their learning journey
- Administer polls to support data collection &get genuine feedback for constant improvement
- Handle other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- Architecture or Design Background Preferred
- Ability to Guide and Counsel Participants on Supporting Workshops & Courses
- Capacity to formulate relevant, memorable curriculums.
- Knowledgeable routine assessment and moderation operations.
- Ability to drive critical, student-led dialogs about learning material.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Respectful, astute, and accommodating.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
