RSM’s Data and Digital Services (DDS) helps clients across various industries by addressing the increasingly complex strategic, operational, compliance, and governance challenges faced by those responsible for managing or overseeing dynamic businesses. Data and Digital Services offerings includes Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Integration and Migration Services; Point Solutions Finance Automation, Corporate Performance Management; Application and Development Integration; and e-commerce.

We are offering a unique opportunity for a Supervisor with a background in economics, accounting and/or finance to join our growing Data and Digital Services Consulting Practice. This position would focus on Treasury services and products with a focus on Managed Services and would be responsible for overseeing and helping to build a team in Hyderabad (preferred) but open to multiple locations.

This Treasury Desk Lead will execute end-to-end managed services activities including client onboarding and continued support services. This may include, but not limited to, cash and liquidity management, financial (Foreign Exchange), bank accounts management, risk management and treasury accounting. In addition to technical skills required, the role includes oversight/development of staff, project management, and effective communication to internal leadership and client points of contact.

**Qualification and Minimum Entry Requirements**
- B.Tech/ MCA/MBA or equivalent in, Economics, Accounting, or Finance
- Experience with managed services with focus on Treasury activities, including Cash and Liquidity Management, Foreign Exchange Risk Management, Treasury Accounting
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Ability to interact effectively with internal and external resources at all organizational levels
- Excellent project management, organization, and follow-up skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be a team player; able to work in virtual teams and independently
- Curiosity about business and technology

**Position Responsibilities**

- Develop an understanding of the RSM’s DDS Treasury practice approach, methodology and tools
- Executing solution delivery engagements
- Discerning, defining, refining, and documenting client requirements
- Effectively managing relationship with customer technical leads and business stakeholders
- Thinking proactively and acting with complete follow-through
- Building reports, dashboards and scorecards using a variety of tools to meet client requirements and measure client success
- Providing ongoing support to existing clients
- Collaborating and working effectively with consultants in different practices and help to build the offshore team capabilities in providing an integrated service delivery
- Perform technical and quality review of associate’s work
- Train and support fellow team members to expand the managed services offering
- Work collaboratively as a part of the team and communicate effectively with RSM consulting professionals, supervisors, and senior management in the U.S. daily
- Ensure professional development through ongoing education
