**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in preparing and cooking a range of healthy dishes, including salads, bowls, sandwiches, and baked goods.
- Follow recipes and guidelines to ensure consistency and quality of all food items.
- Perform daily mise en place duties to maintain a well-organized and efficient kitchen.
- Keep your work area clean and orderly, complying with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Help with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries of fresh produce and ingredients.
- Support the kitchen team in maintaining inventory levels and minimizing waste.
- Stay up-to-date with healthy cooking trends and techniques.
- Participate in kitchen training sessions and contribute creative ideas for new menu items.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in a kitchen environment as a Commis Chef, Kitchen Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
- A passion for healthy cooking, nutrition, and sustainable food practices.
- Basic understanding of culinary techniques and kitchen equipment.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
