We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Accounts Executive. You will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and financial activities within our organization. This position offers an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience in the field of accounting to gain valuable hands-on experience and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Recording financial transactions accurately in accounting software and maintaining financial records.

2. Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.

3. Reconciling inventory vs sales and receipts

4. Reconciling bank / card statements and accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.

5. Assisting with payroll processing and related statutory compliance.

6. Supporting the preparation of GST, TDS payments / returns and ensuring compliance with tax regulations.

7. Participating in internal audits and providing necessary documentation and support.

8. Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes.

9. Providing administrative support as needed.

10. Assisting in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.

11. Staying updated on accounting principles, regulations, and best practices.

**Requirements**:
1. Bachelor's or Masters degree in Accounting, Finance field.

2. Strong analytical and mathematical skills.

3. Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software (e.g., Tally).

4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Strong organizational and time management skills.

6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

7. Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8. Knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory regulations is preferred.

9. Prior internship or work experience in accounting or finance is a plus.
