**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation & Management**:

- Make outbound calls to follow up on leads and potential buyers.
- Qualify leads by understanding their property needs and budget.
- Nurture relationships with prospective clients and provide regular follow-ups.
- **Sales & Conversion**:

- Present properties and projects to prospective buyers.
- Conduct virtual tours and highlight key features of properties.
- Persuade clients to make property purchases based on their requirements.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- **Customer Service & Support**:

- Provide detailed information about the properties and answer client queries.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of leads and customers in CRM software.
- Ensure smooth communication between clients and the on-ground sales team.
- **Reporting & Documentation**:

- Prepare and submit daily/weekly sales activity reports.
- Maintain accurate documentation of sales processes and client communication.

**Qualifications & Skills Required**:

- Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in real estate or a similar industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to understand and interpret customer needs.
- Familiarity with real estate sales and marketing concepts is a plus.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and target-driven.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields.
- Prior experience in inside sales or telemarketing in the real estate industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
