**Salary**: UP TO 35K

Location: Sec 31, Faridabad

**Responsibilities**:
**Soft sales (no cold calling), leads are generated through Metasuite.**

**- Manage inbound and outbound customers calls in a timely and professional manner.**

**- Manage assigned target & ensure defined CPMs are met.**

**- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products and services.**

**- Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.**

**Requirements**:
**- Proven Sales & support experience or experience as a customer service representative.**

**- Added experience of an Australian Project will be a plus.**

**- Excellent communication (MUST) and interpersonal skills.**

**- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.**

**- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Bachelor's (preferred)
