**Job Purpose**:
The **Residential Facilities Supervisor** will be responsible for overseeing the administration and daily operations of the residential area at iCreate campus. This facility includes 48 twin-sharing rooms, primarily occupied by mixed-gender startup entrepreneurs, along with a few staff members.

As the residential community includes a diverse group of professionals, including female entrepreneurs and staff, we are particularly seeking a female supervisor.

The supervisor will oversee the efficient operation of residence areas, including the rooms, kitchen, dining hall, and sports facilities. She will collaborate with various teams and contractors to handle room assignments, housekeeping, maintenance, and catering, ensuring the seamless functioning of all residential services. She will also take on any additional responsibilities assigned from time to time.

This is a full-time position with no fixed working hours. The supervisor is based at the iCreate campus, and accommodation will be provided within one of the self-contained rooms in the residential building.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Residential Area Management**:
Oversee the daily operations of the Residential facilities, ensuring that all facilities are in good condition.
- Manage room allotments, liaise with relevant teams/contractors for maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of the rooms and common areas

**Housekeeping and Maintenance**:
Ensure rooms and common areas (kitchen, dining hall, sports area) are clean, well-maintained, and meet health and safety standards.
- Coordinate with contractors for necessary repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of all facilities, ensuring that issues are addressed promptly and efficiently.

**Kitchen & Dining Area Management**:
Oversee the kitchen and dining hall operations, ensuring food safety and cleanliness standards are maintained.
- Coordinate with catering staff to plan and monitor meal schedules and ensure the provision of quality meals for residents.

**Facility Coordination**:
Serve as the main point of contact for any queries, feedback or grievances regarding residential area.
- Ensure that all residential policies and procedures are followed by both residents and staff.

**Safety & Security**:
Ensure that the residential facility adheres to health, safety, and security regulations.
- Work closely with security staff to ensure the safety and well-being of all residents.

**General Administration**:
Maintain records of room assignments, maintenance schedules, incidents, complaints, and inventory management.

Handle administrative tasks related to the residential area and any other relevant documentation.
- Prepare reports as per required and agreed upon.
