**Key Responsibilties**
- Engage with leads provided by the marketing team.
- Make outbound calls to prospects and explain the Avaana Farms offering.
- Coordinate and schedule **farm visits** as per the customer’s convenience — including weekends and festival days if required.
- Accompany or guide customers during their **site visits** and provide detailed project information.
- Follow up with leads post-visit and assist in converting them into buyers.
- Maintain CRM entries and provide regular status updates to the team.

**Requirements**:

- **Must be a native Kannada speaker** with a deep understanding of local culture and values.
- **Proficient in English** - both spoken and written.
- Prior experience in sales or customer-facing (preferably in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle products) is a plus.
- Should be open to working on weekends and public holidays based on client appointments.
- Passionate about nature, sustainable living, and customer engagement.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
