**Job Overview**:
We are looking for a creative and driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive traffic and boost customer engagement across various platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Manage social media accounts, creating and scheduling engaging content.
- Analyze and report on the performance of campaigns, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create compelling marketing assets.
- Monitor and manage the website’s performance, including SEO optimization.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing.
- Manage online ads (Google Ads, Facebook Ads etc.) and ensure budget optimization.
- Assist in lead generation strategies and nurturing customer relationships through digital platforms.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a any field.
- 1 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in e-commerce.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager etc.
- Strong understanding of SEO / SEM and social media marketing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Creative, self-motivated and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of basic graphic design tools is a plus (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
