**Position**: _Digital Marketing Executive_

**Position Overview**

We seek a skilled and innovative **Digital Marketing Executive**. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has a proven track record of creating **impactful social media campaigns**. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve measurable business goals across all social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and manage high-quality, creative content (text, graphics, videos) tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook campaigns, both organic and paid, to maximize reach and ROI.
- **Analytics & Insights**: Monitor social media performance metrics using analytics tools, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaigns.
- **Audience Engagement**: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering strong relationships with followers.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media activities with broader business strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee social media advertising budgets, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum impact.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Any Bachelor’s degree
- **Experience**: 0.6 Months to 3 Years of Experience in social media marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Funnels, etc.) and tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or Buffer).
- Proficiency in analytics platforms such as Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and Instagram Analytics.
- **Knowledge of paid advertising campaigns, including Facebook Ads Manager**:

- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva).
- **Attributes**:

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A passion for social media, digital marketing, and staying ahead of trends.
