**Position**: _Social Media Marketing Executive_

**Position Overview**

We are seeking a skilled and innovative **Social Media Marketing Executive** to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced digital environment and has a proven track record of creating impactful social media campaigns. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase brand awareness, drive engagement, and achieve measurable business goals across all social media channels.

**Key Responsibilities**
- **Strategy Development**: Design and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies aligned with the company's goals and target audience.
- **Content Creation**: Develop and manage high-quality, creative content (text, graphics, videos) tailored to each platform, ensuring consistency with brand voice and style.
- **Campaign Management**: Plan, execute, and optimize **Social Media Campaigns**, both organic and paid, to maximize reach and ROI.
- **Analytics & Insights**: Monitor social media performance metrics using analytics tools, providing insights and actionable recommendations to improve campaigns.
- **Audience Engagement**: Actively engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, fostering strong relationships with followers.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on social media trends, emerging platforms, and best practices to ensure the brand remains relevant and innovative.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and sales, to align social media activities with broader business strategies.
- **Budget Management**: Oversee **social media advertising budgets**, ensuring efficient allocation for maximum impact.

**Qualifications**
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- **Experience**: 1-3 years of experience in social media marketing, with a portfolio of successful campaigns.
- **Skills**:

- Expertise in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and tools (e.g., Funnels).
- Knowledge of paid facebook advertising campaigns
- Strong storytelling and copywriting skills with attention to detail.
- Basic graphic design and video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).

Pay: ₹9,743.98 - ₹18,000.00 per month
