The Weighbridge Data Entry Operator is responsible for accurately recording and processing data related to vehicles entering and exiting a weighbridge station. The operator will ensure that all weight-related data is accurately captured, logged, and reported for compliance and operational purposes. This role involves close interaction with drivers, site staff, and management to ensure smooth operations, adherence to company procedures, and regulatory standards.
- Operate the weighbridge system to record vehicle weights as they enter and exit the site.
- Verify the correct vehicle identification details (e.g., license plate, truck number) before recording weight data.
- Ensure that the weighbridge is calibrated regularly and remains in good working condition.
- Accurately enter vehicle weight data into the weighbridge system and corresponding logs.
- Ensure the correct product/material codes, quantities, and other relevant information are entered along with the weight.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions, including dates, times, and associated documentation.
- Prepare and issue weighbridge tickets or receipts to drivers as needed.
- Verify that all paperwork, such as delivery notes, manifests, and bills of lading, are completed correctly and match the recorded weight data.
- File and organize weighbridge reports, tickets, and other related documentation in accordance with company protocols.
- Greet drivers and customers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Provide assistance with any questions regarding the weighing process or documentation.
- Notify drivers of any discrepancies or issues with weight recordings and guide them through the resolution process.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
