**Job Description**:
Role & Responsibilities:
1. Maintain and operate workstations, backup and connectivity at corporate office

2. Maintain security and administer protocol and documentation of all packages

3. Keep records and traceability of all hardware

4. Integration of technology with various departments

5. Liaise and co-ordinate with various vendors and departments for IT Purchasing

6. Web Page maintenance

7. Maintain Telephone & Mobile instrument usage policy

Software and Process controls

1. Bar Code software, consumables management

3. Phone and Net connections (corporate office)

4. SAP data management

5. Hardware procurement and servicing co-ordination

6. DSR and coding management

7. RFID protocol management

8. Database maintenance including backup

9. Manage and update IT budget

10. Manage and update par stocks of consumables

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE MANAGEMENT

a. Ensuring record and coding of all company owned hardware

b. Ensuring records and licenses of all software are maintained

c. Ensuring AMC and updates done regularly

d. Ensuring no illegal or non-permitted software is downloaded on to systems

e. Ensuring no entry of non-permitted hardware and software

f. Making regular presentations to management about technological advancements that will allow company to develop.

INTERNET AND COMMUNICATION

a. Ensuring the web page is maintained and all necessary data is logged. To ensure regularly all links are maintained and page is not hacked

b. Maintaining and assigning mail boxes as per SOP

c. Ensuring Spam and Junk mail is cleared

e. Ensuring 0 downtime of connectivity at all l
