**Job Title**:Data Entry Operator

**Location**: Prahlad Nagar, Ahmedabad
**Employment Type**: Full-Time.
**Experience**: 1 to 2 years,
**Time**: 10 AM To 7 PM,

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Enter, verify, and update data in computer systems or databases.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data before submission.
- Retrieve data from databases or electronic files as requested.
- Organize and maintain records efficiently.
- Perform regular backups to ensure data preservation.
- Review and correct errors in data entries.
- Communicate with relevant departments for any data discrepancies.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Operator, Clerk, or similar role.
- Fast and accurate typing skills (minimum **40-60 WPM** preferred).
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)** and data entry software.
- Basic knowledge of databases and administrative tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
