- We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Data Entry / Computer Operator to join our team
- The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent typing skills, and proficiency in using computer software and database systems

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Data Entry: Inputting alphanumeric data from various sources into computer systems accurately and efficiently
- Data Verification: Checking data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting errors where necessary
- Database Maintenance: Updating and maintaining databases with new information and ensuring data integrity
- File Management: Organizing and maintaining electronic files and documents in a systematic manner
- Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate records of all data entry activities and transactions
- Report Generation: Generating reports from databases as required by management or other departments
- Quality Control: Performing regular quality checks on data input and output to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Confidentiality: Handling sensitive information with confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies and procedures
- Communication: Collaborating with team members and other departments to ensure smooth data flow and resolve any data-related issues
- Compliance: Ensuring compliance with data entry and security policies, as well as regulatory requirements
