Blowhorn is looking for a Hub Supervisor to oversee the execution of hub operations of the

company completing a variety of obligations, which likewise involves offloading stock trucks,

unraveling work orders, finding stock, and assembling things for shipment.

essential hub operations and stock request obligations for example, getting and handling

incoming stock and materials, picking and taking care of requests from stock, directing the

processing and transportation of requests, or potentially overseeing, recovering, and sorting

out stock.

solution for the hardest problems that impact the world. You will develop broad-ranging skills

working on a wide variety of initiatives. You will take responsibility for your projects, but you'll

also have teammates who look out for you. We operate in a “get s**t done” environment

where the goal is always to execute and implement. You will not forget to have fun

What you will do:

- Be available at the Hub and manage /Monitor the day today operations.
- Responsible for supply of vehicles in designated areas
- Coordinate with the Customer Hub SPOCS and ensure challenges if any are addressed

timely
- Work with different teams and ensure smooth and efficient operations.
- Responsible for managing to ensure the safe and efficient movement of product

throughout the hub,
- Will be responsible for vendor identification for vehicles, labor etc.
- Coordinate with drivers and ensure grooming standards and maintain desired service

levels
- Supervises day-to-day operations; loading and unloading of products
- Works closely with the supply team department to ensure correct processing of

transportation.
- Maintain data of drivers/vehicles of respective hub and vehicle movement.
- Arrange for contingency vehicles in absence of fixed vehicles.
- Make sure all vehicle and driver documents are updated.

What we are looking for:

- Any graduate degree holder willing to work in a Hub environment.
- Handle end to end responsibilities of the Hub operations.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Logistics experience will be a plus.
