**Job responsibilities**
- Creative thinking to deliver solutions through continuous improvement
- Ability to identify problems and clearly communicate strategic solutions to clients
- Working knowledge of Incident Management, technical problem resolution, and operations systems
- Proficiency in one or more of the following: Microsoft Office, VPN, Virtual Machines, Remote Connectivity products, Security
- Ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients to achieve common goals
- Good knowledge of Windows/MAC OS with the ability to carry out root cause analysis
- User onboarding based on RBAC model as designed for the respective line of business.
- Be a team player to work with a global team from an operations support standpoint by adhering to all given timelines, tasks and priorities.
- Manage assigned queries with respect to the user access onboarding based on the given SLA.
- Should be able to multi-task as required for the process wherein the user access onboarding request submissions are driven by multiple request management tools within the firm.

**Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills**
- Promptly address urgent requests, queries or prioritizations with effective management on escalations, appropriately highlighting any potential risks identified
- Keep product owners and other stakeholders well informed. and communicate with global peers across IAM focusing on service delivery improvements
- Develop and maintain good rapport with LOBs. Ensure communication is customer-focused and professional
- Understanding of technology Risk Management, Operations or similar discipline preferred
- Operations practices, risk management processes and IAM principles as well as incident response handling methodologies as they apply.
- Security analysis, skilled and productive use of related tools, including MS Office
- Used to working in a SLA and target based operations background.
- Agile, with the ability to work under at least one of the common frameworks.
- Risk management processes (e.g., methods for assessing and mitigating risk) and Cybersecurity principles.
- Understanding of internal processes, procedures and IT control policies
- Understanding of key controls and their impact on business from an operational or systems perspective
