**Position**:Sr Ecommerce Executive (Biling)

**Location**: Dombivli East

**Salary Range: 25000-29000**

**Responsibilities**:
**1. Coordination & Communication**:

- Mailing team regarding branch transfer-related issues.
- Following up with all the depots about Stock JV making in Tally for Combo Products.

**2. Amazon Operations**:

- Checking Amazon B2B Sales Entry.
- Conducting per consignment checking at Amazon Consignment
- Managing Amazon Stock Transfer Entry (MIS Report).

**3. Flipkart Operations**:

- Checking Flipkart Consignment.
- Managing GRN Flipkart & Amazon consignment.
- Handling Damaged/Return Stock Entry (e.g., Recall of FBF Godown).
- Conducting Ecom FBF & FBA Godowns Inventory Checking.
- Preparing the Return Confirmation Report daily.
- Generating the Daily Sales + CN Report.

**4. GST Report Reconciliation**:

- Reconciling Monthly GST Reports for Smytten E-Commerce B2C portal.
- Checking Monthly GST Report Reconciliation for Flipkart E-Commerce B2C portal.
- Checking Monthly GST Report Reconciliation for Amazon E-Commerce B2C portal.

**5. Monthly Reconciliation & Reporting**:

- Conducting Monthly Reconciliation for:
One Time E-Commerce B2C portal.

Myntra E-Commerce B2C portal.

Hipi Shop E-Commerce B2C portal.

TATA 1MG E-Commerce B2C portal.
- Documenting Monthly E-Commerce B2C Sales for all portals.
- Preparing and finalizing Monthly Reports for E-Commerce B2C Sales.
- Creating Taxable Monthly Reports for E-Commerce B2C Sales.
- Compiling the Monthly Order Count Report (Sales + CN).

**6. Discrepancy Report Reconciliation**:

- Monthly reconciliation of discrepancy reports

**7. Amazon GST Report Reconciliation**:

- Conducting Amazon GST Report Reconciliation.

**8. Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, inventory management, or reconciliation.
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
