**Job Description -**

**Patient Invoicing & File updation**

Ø Daily updating patients file.

Ø Provide interim and final bill to patients, assist patients for smooth admission & discharge post completion of treatment.

Ø Follow up with patients for daily collection of outstanding and report to HOD for non deposits of any patients

Ø Ensure no revenue leakages - no amount that is supposed to be charged has been missed out from a patient’s bill.

Ø Computing & providing cost estimates to patient or doctors on packages for surgeries or budget for medical mgmt case

Ø Ensure time spent by the patient post discharge by consultant doctor is kept to the minimum standards as prescribed by the hospital.

**Patient communication**

Ø Communicate hospital policies and charges to the patient correctly.

Ø Follow up with doctors to answer patient queries.

Ø Coordinate with different departments with the hospital to ensure patient is correctly charged and the same is communicated to patient.

Ø Co-ordinate with other departments to ensure smooth patient communication.

**Doctors payout & communication**

Ø Calculating doctors payout patient wise.

Ø Confirm doctor charges with management / billing Asst. Manager/ concerned doctor if not already available with the billing system.

**Reporting**

Ø Income collection & reporting.

Ø Revenue booking report.

Ø Reporting Doctors payout.

Ø File updation report to HOD.

Ø Outstanding report to HOD.

**Other Activities**

Ø Assist insurance desk when required.

Ø Maintaining relevant files.

Ø Checking and reverting mails.

Ø Protects hospital's value by keeping collection information confidential.

Ø Resolving any issues that might arise from events or actions that involve administrative functions.

Ø System addition/Creation of Master for new services and charges & maintaining the system so that charges cannot be altered once fixed.

Ø Following SOP of the department.

Ø Any other jobs to be attended as and when there is an instruction from the HOD.

Note: Consequence of failing to comply with above mentioned JD will effect to disciplinary action which includes termination of employment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: From ₹15,000.00 per month
