With a growing digital footprint across the **Middle East and India**, we are looking for an innovative and results-driven **E-commerce Manager** to lead our online growth journey.

**Position Overview**

We’re seeking a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who can **manage, optimize, and scale our e-commerce operations** across platforms like **Shopify, Amazon, Noon, Namshi, and Trendyol.**

This role requires someone with a strong grasp of **digital marketing, analytics, merchandising, and customer experience.**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage and maintain our **Shopify store** — including product uploads, collections, and visual merchandising.
- Coordinate with **marketplace partners** (Amazon, Noon, Namshi, etc.) for listings, promotions, and performance tracking.
- Develop and execute **monthly sales and campaign strategies** aligned with brand goals.
- Monitor **inventory syncs**, order flows, logistics coordination, and customer service efficiency.
- Analyze **sales data, website traffic, and conversion funnels** to drive growth.
- Track and report **KPIs**: sales targets, conversion rates, ad ROI, and customer retention metrics.
- Research competitor trends and **suggest promotional and pricing strategies**.
- Ensure smooth website functionality — liaising with developers and third-party agencies when needed.

**Who You Are**
- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** managing e-commerce platforms (Shopify preferred).
- Strong understanding of **digital performance marketing, SEO, and analytics tools** (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, etc.).
- Experience with **marketplace management** in the fashion or lifestyle sector.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Data-driven mindset with creative thinking and a passion for brand building.
- Bonus: Exposure to **international markets** (especially GCC) and **ERP systems like Zoho**.
