BSI Job Description:
1. Service Operation:

- Respond to consumer/customer complaints within one hour of registration.
- Issue service receipts through ERP for indoor consumers/dealers and maintain TechZone copies.
- Answer landline and mobile calls promptly, addressing complaints within 5 rings.
- Assign calls to technicians based on rotation, and track call status in the SE WhatsApp group.
- Provide loan spares to Service Engineers, update details in ERP, and issue loan book sheets.
- Monitor open complaint status, update ERP service logs, and review open call remarks daily.
- Ensure timely completion and submission of job sheets with proper details.
- Categorize closing types for service calls.

2. Mail Communication:

- Handle various communication tasks, including replacement requests, discount requests, and cancellation requests.
- Communicate with ASCs for approvals and updates related to product complaints, warranty details, and bill editing.
- Send regular reports and updates to the Head Office.

3. Finance:

- Ensure 100% QR payment.
- Collect service and spare charges from customers and Service Engineers.
- Maintain daily collection and expense records, and self-validate RP statements.
- Verify bill number continuity and submit RP statements to the Head Office monthly.

4. Inventory Management:

- Manage spare parts inventory, order spares based on MSL calculation, and ensure timely delivery.
- Return excess spares, identify root causes of complaints, and order exact spares in ERP.
- Keep track of spare transactions, conduct zero settlements, and manage timely product deliveries.

5. Self-Audits:

- Conduct regular self-audits to review TechZone operations and achieve 100% audit marks.
- Count physical inventory, ensure proper filing of documents, and perform various verifications.

6. Adherence to Company Policies:

- Stay informed about industry regulations and adhere to company policies.
- Manage administrative tasks, maintain attendance records, and ensure cleanliness and orderliness in the TechZone.

7. Appflow:

- Manage panel requests, travel, and food allowances of SEs in Appflow.
- Use Tag Pro to tag replacement items and utilize Google Drive for various updates.

8. Training to New Employees:

- Provide training programs for new employees, developing successors from Service Engineers.

9. Work Support:

- Provide support for ASC work in the absence of ASC.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
