We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our dynamic digital marketing agency. In this role, you will play a crucial role in generating leads and connecting us with potential clients interested in our digital marketing services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to a targeted list of potential clients.
- Effectively introduce our agency and its services in a clear, concise, and engaging manner.
- Qualify leads by asking relevant questions to understand their needs, challenges, and budget.
- Schedule appointments for qualified leads with our sales team or account executives.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in our CRM system.
- Stay up-to-date on our agency's services and offerings.
- Contribute to a positive and professional work environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and confident speaking voice.
- Strong active listening skills.
- Should be proficient in English.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts.
- Proficiency in using a computer and CRM software.
- Positive attitude, self-motivation, and a strong work ethic.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
