We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our growing team In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads and sales through outbound phone calls to potential customers. You will play a key role in achieving our sales targets by effectively communicating the value proposition of our products and services.

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct outbound calls to generate qualified leads and convert them into sales.

Research and identify potential customers based on defined criteria.

Deliver clear and concise sales presentations to educate potential customers about our offerings.

Overcome objections and address customer concerns to close deals.

Build rapport and develop positive relationships with potential customers.

Maintain accurate records of all calls, contacts, and sales activities.

Participate in sales training programs to stay up-to-date on products and industry trends.

Qualifications:
Minimum 1 years of experience in tele sales or a related field (preferred)

Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a fast-paced environment

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

Strong objection handling and negotiation skills

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Proficiency in using CRM software (a plus)

Positive attitude, self-motivated, and a desire to succeed

Pay: ₹8,195.89 - ₹28,605.75 per month

Schedule:

- Rotational shift

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
