**Role Overview**

We are looking for a proactive and driven International Marketing & Sales Executive to expand our presence in global markets. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about international trade, B2B sales, and global marketing strategies in the medical and healthcare sector.

**Key Responsibilities**

Conduct international market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities

Develop and execute go-to-market strategies to increase global reach and market share

Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the full sales cycle from pitch to closure

Build and nurture relationships with international distributors, clients, and partners

Prepare compelling sales proposals and contract negotiations

Collaborate with logistics and local reps to ensure smooth order execution

Leverage data analytics and CRM tools to optimize sales and marketing performance

Attend international trade fairs, exhibitions, and B2B meetings as required

Provide customer and market feedback to support product development and innovation

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s in International Business, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-2 years of experience in international sales or exports is a plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Familiarity with CRM systems, marketing automation, and analytics tools
- A self-starter with a strategic mindset and creative approach to problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
