Role Summary:
The Head of Global Unsecured Regulatory Monitoring Analytics drives model monitoring activities in 15+ Personal Banking and Wealth Management - credit card, personal loans, and unsecured retail portfolios globally. The role reports to the Head of Regulatory Monitoring Analytics and manages a team of ~20 analysts in India locations. This role requires thorough understanding of global portfolios and risk drivers, advanced analytical skills, and strong leadership and communication skills.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage teams in multiple locations and work closely with the regulatory monitoring MIS team to create model monitoring requirements, reporting, and analytics for 120+ models
- Perform root cause analysis and diagnostic analytics around model results and communicate to key business and risk stakeholders
- Lead engagement with cross functional teams, including country/region’s business and risk managers, model development teams, monitoring MIS teams, model validations, Internal Audit, and other global functions to ensure model monitoring activities meet business needs and are compliant with all risk policies and regulatory standards
- Work with senior leaders to review model performance and inform management overlay

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's in statistics, Operations Research, Economics, Computer Science, data science, or other highly quantitative discipline. Master's strongly preferred
- 14+ years’ experience in performing model monitoring and analytics in business strategy/modeling, loss forecasting, loan loss reserve, and stress testing (e.g., CCAR/DFAST)
- Ability to manage work and relationship in cross functional teams, including country/region’s business stakeholders, model development, production/monitoring MIS, model validation and governance teams, and other global function
- Experience managing teams under aggressive timeline and creating analytical roadmaps to bring the business to the next level of success
- Familiarity with regulatory modeling and risk drivers on unsecured products (e.g. cards, personal loans), ideally with international experience
- Strong communication skills to translate model performance details to technical and nontechnical audiences
