Global Risk and Controls Technology (GRCT) within Global Functions Technology supports global functions partners such as Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), Independent Compliance Risk Management (ICRM), Retail Credit Risk, Operational Risk, Model Risk, Internal Audit, O&T Business Risk Control and Citi Chief Administrative Office. Enterprise Risk Management covers Risk Identification, Risk Measurement, Appetite and Limits, Risk Analytics, New Activity Risk Management, Risk Framework and Policy, Enterprise Risk Management Governance.

The **SVP, ERM Technology Product Owner **must have relevant business expertise and sufficient technology knowledge to drive the execution of the risk technology transformation strategy. The value of this role will be critical to the GRCT program delivery to meet all consent order milestone and deliverable commitments. This role must work with key internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on feature development and prioritization. This role will be required to promote a culture of collaboration and teamwork across functions and willing to break down business and/or functional silos to optimize results.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop a deep understanding of the Target State and business outcomes for the Book of Work, and each project within it for the assigned portfolio of projects.
- Drive the ERM Technology execution strategy in order to meet the regulatory commitments
- Support the ERM Technology Product Manager on budget demand and spend forecasting for ERM Book of Work
- Ensure that deliveries from work streams/projects meets requirements and are of appropriate quality, on time and within budget, in accordance with project plan and governance
- Drive adherence to Risk & Control Transformation program processes, and standards for and serve as a thought leader across the programs
- Monitor and evaluate product performance to facilitate continuous iterations and improvement
- Manage and prioritize deliverables based on business needs and identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and drive continuous improvement.
- Resolve complex problems, perform analysis, and organizational assessments, identify impacts/gaps, develop well founded solutions, demonstrating good analytical and change skills
- Identify key project risks, whether stated or not, and manage to resolution or escalate accordingly
- Monitor Risk & Controls technology related performance/operational metrics
- Engage with partners cross functionally ensuring sufficient collaboration and interaction to uncover gaps and blind spots, then remediate those with improved strategies, processes, and controls, thereby supporting a more solid and foolproof execution of the technology framework, platforms, and solutions
- Assist in the creation of high-level overview for senior level management/leadership
- Manage the end-to-end process for Technology SoWs for Third Party Vendors including timely completion of all Business Activity Owner activities
- Ensure adherence to EOT and GFT standards on program delivery, compliance, process management, risk, and controls

**Qualifications**:

- 10+ Years of relevant experience in the Financial Services industry, with at least 5 years in Transformation Projects. Reengineering Experience Preferred
- Ability to synthesize information, prioritize business goals and drive results with a high sense of urgency
- Strong ability to communicate (oral & written) clearly to both technical experts, non-technical business partners to facilitate discussions and clearly articulate findings and defend points of view amongst various groups
- Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally at a senior level
- Passion for building great products to solve business problems
- Solid track record of accomplishments and implementations including Business Transformations
- Possesses an observable and impactful delivery track record on business or risk function transformation
- Extensive experience working closely with cross functional partners in products and operations
- Track record of managing senior internal relationships and demonstrated experience in leading sustained change and change management efforts
- Working experience of partnering with Program Management Office and business stakeholders
- Experience and demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities in a complex and dyn
