Position Description
Accurate is looking for a Product Owner - Fulfillment, who wants to envision, build, and enhance cloud-based solutions that deliver real-world impact. Join a product team that helps our customers create and deliver the best screening experience for their most important asset - people.
The right Product Owner is a confident, self-starter with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Communication and organization skills are key to the success of this role. As a Product Owner, your role will be to collaborate with engineering, operations, product management, and compliance to improve the customer experience and manage your product roadmap. You will partner with your scrum team to execute the product roadmap and vision using Agile methodologies. **Reponsibilites**:
- Build relationships and work collaboratively with internal and external business stakeholders to define customer needs and identify process improvements.
- Document and translate customer needs into epics, themes, and user stories with acceptance criteria and testing plans.
- Partner with project managers and technical leads to determine scope and priorities for product development cycles, identify dependencies and risks, anticipate problems, and immediately act on gaps or barriers that impact delivery dates.
- Meet regularly with your scrum teams to groom, estimate, and develop sprint plans and release dates.
- Define metrics of success and KPIs for your products, track product performance metrics and provide weekly updates to leadership on the status of your projects.
- Effectively prioritize your bug/enhancement backlog, manage conflicting priorities, and make appropriate tradeoffs between features and speed-to-launch.
- Manage product-related support, feedback, and new feature requests from the business.
- Provide regular updates on the status of your roadmap and backlog to your internal customers.
- Conduct training and outreach to internal support teams and customers for the features you are delivering.
**Skillsets**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or technology related field.
- 2+ years in product management or program management with a successful track record of end-to-end delivery.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and making trade-offs to meet delivery dates.
- Highly organized, analytical, and an effective problem solver who can manage multiple projects at once.
- Excellent communication & data presentation skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with business and technical teams.
- Strong attention to detail with a sense of urgency.
- Able to work well under pressure and tight deadlines.
- Team player, with a proven ability to lead and coordinate teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
- Comfortable making informed decisions with or without data.
- Experience with go-to-market launch, training stakeholders, and developing documentation.
